1. About Oddlyx

Oddlyx ("Oddlyx", "we", "us", or "our") is an NBA odds intelligence platform that aggregates and normalizes sports betting odds from multiple sportsbooks, computes consensus lines, de-vigged probabilities, and expected value (EV) signals, and delivers this data through a web dashboard and API.

Important: Oddlyx is currently operated as an unincorporated business. We are not a licensed sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, wagers, or any form of gambling deposits. We provide informational and analytical tools only.

2. Eligibility

By using Oddlyx, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You are accessing the service from a jurisdiction where sports betting information tools are legal.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting data or analysis is prohibited by law.
• You are using the service for personal, informational, or development purposes only.

Oddlyx does not verify the legal status of sports betting in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

3. The Service

3.1 What Oddlyx provides

Oddlyx provides:

• Real-time and historical NBA odds aggregated from multiple sportsbooks
• Consensus line calculations across available books
• De-vigged (vig-removed) true probability estimates
• Expected Value (EV) and edge signals per market and outcome
• Player props odds and associated analytics
• Line movement tracking and visualization
• API access to the above data (on paid plans)

3.2 What Oddlyx does not provide

Oddlyx does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds data
• Provide gambling advice, investment advice, or financial advice
• Guarantee that any bet identified as +EV will be profitable
• Accept liability for betting decisions made based on our data
• Operate as a gambling service or facilitate any wagering

4. Accounts & Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at support@oddlyx.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward the platform or other users.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Plans and pricing

Oddlyx offers free and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@oddlyx.com within 7 days of the charge.

5.4 API usage

API plans are subject to daily request limits as specified on the pricing page. Exceeding your plan's rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused API requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Oddlyx to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data, algorithms, or calculations for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary consensus or EV methodology
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through our systems
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Resell access to the platform or API without prior written agreement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, software, and data compilations on Oddlyx are the property of Oddlyx or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Oddlyx intellectual property.

You may use our data and API outputs for personal analysis or to build your own products, subject to your plan's terms. You may not present our calculations, EV signals, or consensus data as your own proprietary methodology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ODDLYX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES. ODDS DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR CONTAIN ERRORS.

Sports betting involves inherent risk. EV signals and edge calculations are mathematical estimates based on available data — they do not guarantee profitable outcomes. Past performance of any signal or methodology does not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oddlyx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: losses from betting or wagering decisions, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Oddlyx shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Data & Services

Oddlyx aggregates odds data from third-party sportsbooks and data providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party data source.

Sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time. Line availability, pricing, and betting limits are determined solely by each sportsbook. Oddlyx is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed odds and actual sportsbook offers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Oddlyx after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. As Oddlyx is currently an unincorporated business, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible. We will update this section with a specific jurisdiction upon formal incorporation.
