Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. Oddlyx is a paid product — your data is not the product.

We do not use your data to serve advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect your ability to log in or use certain features of the platform.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service providers
We work with a small number of trusted third-party services that help us operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting. Your account data is stored on encrypted servers.
- Vercel / hosting provider — web infrastructure. They process request data as part of delivering the service.
All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
5.2 Legal requirements
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or prevent harm.
5.3 Business transfers
If Oddlyx is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5.4 We do not sell your data
Oddlyx does not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal data to any third party for any commercial purpose. This is not a disclaimer — it is a core operating principle.
